Assistant Director - Costing Team (Aug 2013 - Mar 2015): Part of a team that completes costings for the Department of Human Services. These costings are a significant factor in the level funding available to the department and often become aggregated into the Federal Budget. Assistant Director - External Estimates (Aug 2012 - Aug 2013): Complete estimate related processes as set out in Estimates Memorandums. Assistant Accountant (Jan 2012 - Aug 2012): Monthly Reconciliations, various ledger integrity related tasks. Budget Officer (Mar 2011 - Jan 2012): Update Central Budget Management System (CBMS) through adjustments. Customer Service Officer (Feb 2009 - Mar 2011): Various roles including Team Leader, Self Service Champion, ICT Helpdesk, Customer Service Advisor.

Developing and using soft skills along with technical skills in my workplace is a high priority. Studying for the CPA designation keeps me focused on this and allows me to formally study the skills I utilize in the workplace.
